Through education and fight we have come far where equality is concerned. But we are not there yet. Women´s having the same opportunities as men is still an issue that needs work.
A result of equality was women´s adapting themselves to the male look. Tho mobility of labour meant that young people travelled to other parts of world before settling up education and career.
Femininity has changed from being primarily defined through motherhood and housework. Now functions in society - the career - define women´s time and identity. However, the classical conflict between motherhood and work has still not been resolved.

Next step is the soup. I haven´t eaten the proper Slovak soup for 4 months, so I was really happy to try again the traditional cabbage or mushroom soup ("kapustnica" or "hríbovica").
We continue with potato salad and a fish. It depends on a concrete Slovak family, what kind of fish they prepare. Very famous is a carp.
Then we usually eat something sweet - my mother prepares "opekance" with caramel cream.
25th of December we spent with my grandmum in her place in Prievidza after visiting a church :)
On 26th of December, the plan was to spend the time with my best friend in Bojnice, but she got sick :(
